What Do My Dues Cover?
​
Dues cover a variety of expenses related to the maintenance, operation, and upkeep of the building and its shared amenities.

-
Maintenance and Repairs – upkeep of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, parking garage, landscaping and building shared systems like HVAC, plumbing and electrical infrastructure.

Utilities -water, sewer, trash and common area lighting, heating and cooling

Building Insurance coverage - building infrastructure, exterior and common areas. Individual condo owners are required to carry condominium insurance.

Reserve Fund Contributions-a portion of the dues is allocated to a reserve fund for major or unexpected expenses (roof replacement or structural upgrades).

Amenities -maintenance and operations of amenities
​
Owners are responsible for all maintenance in their units, including, but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
